We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at Sentinel Safety & Security Group, LLC. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our employee benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee enrollments and benefit changes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing benefit-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date on compliance requirements and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement benefit programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Process benefit calculations and coordinate daily benefit processes, including COBRA enrollments and benefit changes.
  • Assist with benefit reporting and compliance, including EEOC, ACA, EEO-1, 5500, and non-discrimination testing for 401(k).
  • Develop and maintain process documents for HR and employees, ensuring consistency and efficiency in benefit administration.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in employee benefit administration.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to be a collaborative team member.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems, such as Bamboo and/or ADP.
