We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Lead to join our team at Western Digital. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of AEM projects.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to drive the digital strategy of the organization.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and enforce AEM best practices, standards, and guidelines, and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, and monitor and analyze the performance of AEM solutions.
  • Custom Development: Develop custom AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet business requirements, and customize and extend AEM functionalities to integrate with other systems and technologies.
  • Security and Scalability: Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of AEM solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in web development and content management, with at least 3 years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading AEM projects and teams.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background in web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and frameworks, and proficiency in AEM, including templates, components, workflows, and DAM.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
