We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Hope Network Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with neurological disabilities achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify treatment goals and develop effective plans.
- Design and implement home exercise programs to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
- Collaborate with direct care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of [state].
- Member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Two years' experience working with adults with neurological disabilities preferred.
