Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in our ICU department. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team on a part-time basis, working 12-hour night shifts with an every-other-weekend commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Delegate patient care to other members of the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, applying evidence-based care to patient treatment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in Pennsylvania or compact state
  • Current BCLS and ACLS certifications
  • Professional certifications preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
