Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. As a member of our ICU team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Delegate patient care to other members of the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in ICU nursing.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a nursing program with a current RN license in Pennsylvania or a compact state.
  • Current BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
  • Professional certifications preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
