Job Summary

Martin Concrete is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are effectively coordinated, meet specifications, and remain on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of field personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Safety Management: Develop and maintain a safety culture that promotes a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards and specifications.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial, industrial, tilt-up, or multi-story construction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proven ability to read and understand drawings, create and maintain positive working relationships with clients, employees, and vendors, and work overtime, weekends, and nights if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA Certification
  • TCA or ACI Certification
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
