The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Investigator and Project Coordinator to deliver a psychoeducational health coaching intervention to adolescents and their caregivers, collect research data in community settings, and assist with research participant recruitment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver standardized educational programs to community members using professional community educational program concepts.
  • Analyze program content and delivery needs, and determine the effectiveness of current programs.
  • Work with the research team to collect data in community settings and assist with participant recruitment.
  • Provide administrative support to the research team, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, social work, public health, or psychology.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience in community-based education projects or research settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with high fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Spanish.
