Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of an IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for reviewing project expectations and creating test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • You will execute tests and evaluate and document results.
  • You will work collaboratively with project team members on development, customer issues, and security requirements.
  • You will identify and implement appropriate testing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in a related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance of software systems.
  • Experience creating test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience executing test cases under varying circumstances.
  • Experience documenting and evaluating test results.
  • Experience detecting, logging, and reporting program bugs.
  • Experience tracking defects and troubleshooting errors.
  • Experience creating test procedures and training materials.
  • Agile development experience.
  • Experience with data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with K-12 data.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Experience with data analysis and use of relational databases.
