Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our team at Accel Talent Group. As a Diesel Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, power transmissions, brakes, drivelines, and other automotive systems. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in diesel technology. Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair complex problems with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, power transmissions, brakes, drivelines, and other automotive systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
• Use specialized tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete projects and meet deadlines
• Provide technical support to less experienced technicians
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in diesel technology

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent GED
• Minimum 2 years in heavy automotive equipment maintenance
• Trade school or related mechanical/technical certification preferred
• Commercial Driver License (CDL) and a safe driving record a bonus point
