About the Role
The Senior Software Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading a 20-member team that works closely with the customer to deliver services and logistics support required to conduct systems analysis, design development and review, RDT&E trials, operations, and system installations and maintenance in support of NUWC, the Navy, and other DoD projects.

  • Develop and modify complex hardware and software programs
  • Provide expertise and direction to less experienced engineers
  • Coordinate activities with other sections of the NUWC's information systems operation

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • An Active DOD Top-Secret/SCI Clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline
  • 10 years of experience as a Lead Systems Analyst/Network Engineer
  • Experience integrating various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
