Key Responsibilities- Ensure equipment is properly cleaned, sanitized, and sterilized according to specific documentation and procedures.
- Perform Clean-In-place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP) functions as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to compliance standards.
- Support compounding functions, including active batching and operation of processing equipment.
- Perform integrity testing of filters using automated filter integrity test equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant experience preferred.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or mechanical fields may be considered.
- Aseptic manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive hourly pay rate in the mid to high $20's/hour.
