Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of skilled cybersecurity and IT experts.
  • Direct and coordinate cybersecurity activities throughout the entire system development life cycle, which includes planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of complex functions and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Support the creation of logical and physical solutions for cybersecurity implementation.
  • Prepare and review documentation and presentations.
  • Deliver high-quality cybersecurity services and products consistently.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on services and products delivered.

Travel Requirements

Anticipated travel is approximately 10% to various locations.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field, leading and managing cybersecurity through all phases of the system development life cycle.
  • Familiarity with NSA's NCDSMO Raise the Bar (RTB) guidelines.
  • Experience with Cyber Defense Solutions (CDS) and Managed Cybersecurity Services (MLS).
  • DoD Cyber Security Workforce qualification.
  • Knowledge of the DoD Risk Management Framework.
  • Understanding of the cybersecurity inter-relationships of DoD Programs of Records and their components.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related scientific or mathematics-intensive field.
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • CISSP certification.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related scientific or mathematics-intensive field.

Clearance Requirements

All candidates must possess a current Secret (or higher) clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

Compensation and Benefits
