We are seeking a dedicated Contents Director to join our team in Greater MSP and the Northland. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our job site coordination efforts, ensuring seamless project execution, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance job site efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
  • Manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, adjusters, and internal stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory management, utilizing industry-leading tools and software.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in operations management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and environments.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
