Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing various assembly and packaging tasks, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble product, and package finished goods
  • Count, pack, and inspect finished product for correct label, cleanliness, and quality
  • Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards
  • Clean floors, fixtures, and walls using standard cleaning supplies as needed
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed
  • Follow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk on concrete for long periods
  • Ability to work with hands continuously and perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions
  • Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions and training materials
