Cafe Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cafe Barista to join our dynamic team at Colwen Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage offerings, including coffee, pastries, and other menu items.
• Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, answer questions about menu items, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe food preparation and service area, adhering to all applicable food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that all items are available and stocked as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to solve problems and provide exceptional service.
• Food Safety and Sanitation: Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe food preparation and service area.
• Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude.
