Precision Machinist

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Precision Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team in North Denver, CO. As a CNC Mill Operator, you will be responsible for preparing CNC milling machines for production, operating and monitoring them during production, and performing routine maintenance on machines.

Responsibilities
  • Machine Setup: Load raw materials, select appropriate tools, and configure machine settings for optimal performance.
  • CNC Milling Operations: Operate and monitor CNC milling machines during production, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect machined parts to ensure they meet required tolerances and specifications.
  • Production Support: Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met and deadlines are achieved.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot minor issues that arise during operation.

Requirements:

  • CNC Experience: Prior experience in operating CNC milling machines is essential.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in the manufacturing industry, specifically in CNC milling, is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools to verify product dimensions.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and care in monitoring machined parts for quality.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively to meet production goals.
  • Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety guidelines.
