Job Summary:

KLA is seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support to customers in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, RF theory, and mechanical engineering, with experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers in the field, including system commissioning, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance.
  • Generate a close working relationship with customers to enable the company to sell its product portfolio.
  • Provision of feedback to enable the proactive identification of product and business process improvements.
  • Timely completion of all field reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics or Engineering (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong background in electronics, RF theory, and mechanical engineering.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a product wafer fab clean room environment.
