Your Profile:

At ExtensisHR, we are transforming the landscape of HR, payroll, and employee management solutions. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be instrumental in propelling our expansion and broadening our influence within the vibrant PEO industry. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with our outstanding team of Sales Managers, building robust partnerships and working together to identify and pursue new business avenues. Your main responsibility will be to generate qualified leads, cultivate relationships with prospective clients, and lay the groundwork for our Sales Managers to effectively close deals.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Goals: Meet or surpass assigned sales objectives and key performance indicators related to revenue generation, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Manage Pipeline: Sustain a strong sales pipeline by consistently following up on leads, documenting interactions, and updating CRM systems with precise and timely information. Navigate the sales process from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments concerning PEO services and HR solutions. Utilize market insights to pinpoint opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Understand Client Needs: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our clients' requirements, challenges, and pain points to customize your approach.
  • Build Relationships: Use your exceptional communication skills to establish rapport and trust with prospects.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work closely with our Sales Managers, providing them with qualified leads and valuable insights.
  • Refine Prospecting Strategies: Continuously enhance and optimize your prospecting methods to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in a Sales Growth Specialist or similar role, ideally within the PEO or HR sector.
  • Strong business acumen and comprehension of sales processes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Robust problem-solving capabilities and a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
