Electrical Construction Supervisor

Facility Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our FSG Electric - Chicago team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and running crews involved in the installation or repair of electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign tasks to field electricians to meet project timelines
- Work with other trades to coordinate schedules and supervise subcontractor scopes of work
- Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and manpower to meet project timelines and budgets
- Oversee the disposition of office correspondence and administrative paperwork
- Report manpower forecasting to the Project Manager
- Inspect and enforce workmanship to ensure FSG quality standards are met
- Continually train and develop subordinate staff
- Ensure crew or project safety performance
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Experienced Electrician - commercial, construction
- MUST be able to pass a drug and background screen
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Positive customer service skills
- Experience in crew leading and or acting as foreman on new ground-up construction projects
