We are seeking a qualified candidate with 5+ years of experience in acute behavioral health settings. J1 support is available for eligible candidates.
Job DescriptionAs a Medical Director for Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for:
- Led healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient care
- Developed and implemented evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintained accurate and thorough medical records
You will work closely with two advanced practitioners in the practice to provide comprehensive care to patients. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- A BE/BC in psychiatry
- 5+ years of experience in acute behavioral health settings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
