About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Medical Director for our Psychiatry team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop our clinical programs, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $439,000 to $502K, with opportunities for bonuses and performance-based pay increases up to 7%. Additionally, we offer relocation assistance of up to $30,000, sign-on incentives of 10-15% of base salary, and retention bonuses at the 2-year mark.

Job Responsibilities

This role will involve 50% clinical work and 50% administrative responsibilities, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You will be responsible for overseeing outpatient services, intensive case management, clubhouse services, youth residential services, and women's substance use residential services. Your key tasks will include integrating psychiatry into current and expanded intensive case management programs, enhancing nurse case management incorporation, and supporting EHR development.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a B/C or B/E in Psychiatry, as well as significant experience as a Medical Director. We are looking for a leader who can bring new ideas and approaches to our team, while also being able to work collaboratively with others.
