Responsibilities:

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the oncology clinic, ensuring that optimal scheduling, staffing levels, and payroll outcomes are maintained based on patient census and budgetary considerations.

This role also includes financial oversight of clinic operations, ensuring that resources are utilized efficiently.

The Supervisor will integrate diverse perspectives into patient care, leveraging knowledge and experience to meet the needs of patients and their families while being mindful of cost management and time efficiency.

Additionally, this position involves training, evaluating, and supervising clinic staff to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, along with other management-related duties.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • A minimum of five years of recent nursing experience in an outpatient or hospital setting
  • Current certifications in CPR and ONS
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in computer applications
  • Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree
  • Management experience is preferred
