Nursing Home Administrator

Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Lead and guide department heads to ensure effective management and supervision of staff.
- Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to foster positive public relations.
- Create an environment that encourages employee engagement, adherence to our core values, and a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
- Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
- Competitive salary range: $135K - $160K annually
