Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Assistant Professor/LPN Coordinator to join our team at Niagara County Community College. This is a tenure-track position that will involve teaching, advising, and coordinating the LPN program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach nursing courses in a clinical, lecture, or lab setting
  • Advise students on academic and career matters
  • Coordinate the LPN program, including curriculum development and implementation
  • Participate in divisional and college activities
  • Operate the Simulation Lab, including setting up scenarios and providing technical support
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and enrollment in a Master's of Science in Nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse license
  • Nursing clinical or teaching experience within the last 5 years
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Nursing
  • Classroom, lab, or clinical teaching experience in a nursing program
  • Experience using a course management system
  • Experience working with simulation equipment and scenarios
