Pharmacist Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Leader to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. As a key member of our pharmacy department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest quality health care service to our customers.

• Dispensing and Counseling: Follows the Kinney Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patients, ensuring accurate and timely service.
• Quality Assurance: Performs all quality assurance steps to ensure technically accurate prescriptions are dispensed, reporting incidents in accordance with company guidelines.
• Regulatory Compliance: Follows all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of Pharmacy, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Inventory Management: Oversees the initial submission, resubmission, and collection of third-party claims, as well as managing and balancing the pharmacy inventory to meet customer needs.
• Customer Service: Ensures outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
• Leadership and Development: Assists in the implementation of corporate pharmacy marketing, advertising, and promotional programs, and oversees the training and development of pharmacy department personnel.

• Education: Minimum BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy.
• License and Registration: Possesses and maintains a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy.
• Skills and Abilities: Strong customer service and communication skills, strong organizational skills, basic keyboarding skills, and ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift.
