The Chief Financial Officer will oversee the financial effectiveness of St. John's Jesuit High School & Academy, an all-boys Catholic school in the Jesuit tradition. The CFO will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies to ensure the school remains the best educational option for young men in the community.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a closely related field, and 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience. A CPA and previous experience in a school or nonprofit setting are preferred. The CFO will oversee the business office, campus dining, buildings and grounds, and the spirit store departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to ensure the school's financial stability and growth
  • Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Managing the business office, campus dining, buildings and grounds, and the spirit store departments
  • Providing financial guidance and support to the school's leadership team
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions and other external partners

Salary is commensurate with experience and education in the range of $90,000-$110,000 per year.
