Job Description

As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for providing on-site direction and leadership to fellow coworkers, managing material, deadlines, and quality control of installations, and ensuring compliance with state and local building regulations.

  • Provide adequate on-site direction and leadership to fellow coworkers
  • Manage material, deadlines, and quality control of installations
  • Install and maintain wiring and lighting systems
  • Inspect and troubleshoot various electrical components
  • Repair and replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years' experience in the residential/commercial electrical field
  • Able to read and understand blueprints
  • A valid driver's license
  • Fire Alarm License a plus
  • Completion of an Accredited Apprenticeship Program a plus
Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
  • Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
  • Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools
  • Must be able to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50 lbs.
