Store Operations Director

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team at Monro, Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all employees adhere to company standards.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, payroll, and expense control.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales and service management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
