Job Summary

Dominos Pizza is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and operations, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day store activities, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facility maintenance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality products.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a retail or food service environment, with a proven track record of leadership and business development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
