The Pharmacy Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization, significantly impacting both our consumers and clinic partners. This position involves advising on pharmaceutical care services and overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for coaching and developing pharmacy staff, acting as a steward of talent within the pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a clinical expert, collaborating with the clinical team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

- Administer wellness services, including immunizations and preventive care.
- Drive financial performance and identify growth opportunities within the pharmacy.
- Motivate and develop pharmacy staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Ohio.
- Current pharmacist's license in the state of Kentucky or willingness to obtain.
- Certified immunizer or willingness to become certified within three months of hire.
- Willingness to complete necessary training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three or more years of experience in pharmacy leadership.
