Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain UPF for complex UPF blocks based on power intent specifications while collaborating with RTL engineers.
  • Provide guidance to RTL engineers on UPF creation for simpler blocks.
  • Run VCLP for Schip and SoC UPF creation.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in creating UPF files at various levels (block, SoC, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of power intent requirements and specifications.
  • Expert user of VCLP.
  • Familiarity with power analysis and optimization tools (e.g., PrimePower, PP-RTL/PowerArtist, Power Replay, Empower).
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of work-related experience required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years Creating UPF files at block, SoC levels & all levels.
  • Minimum 3-5 years strong understanding of Power Intent requirements and specs.
  • Minimum 3-5 years as an Expert user of VCLP.
