About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Backroom Coordinator at Marshalls. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and organization of our backroom operations. You will also assist with supporting the sales floor by restocking merchandise and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
