You will also provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they have an unparalleled experience in our Midway.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain games, simulators, and technical equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide timely and accurate service to guests, managing wait times and communicating information as needed.
  • Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed, making recommendations when appropriate.
  • Load and refill tickets in redemption games, ensuring all ticket storage areas are secure.
  • Stock, display, and secure merchandise in all storage areas, conducting inventory as needed.
  • Review the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games, ensuring all games are clean and unobstructed.
  • Assist in daily maintenance and organization of the tech room and storage areas.
  • Efficiently and safely perform daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical and/or electrical skills preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
