Job Title: Teller Manager

We are seeking a skilled Teller Manager to lead our team of service colleagues and promote a positive customer and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of service colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective and efficient delivery of service/advice activities and/or solutions.
  • Coach and develop colleagues to achieve overall store results, including operational excellence, store advice and referral goals, and personal development objectives.
