BCBA/Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Cross Roads, TX (East of Denton, TX)

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Active BACB Certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Clear criminal background check
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Full-time, in-center position: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with lunch break)
- Weekly in-home client supervision: Once per week from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
- Conduct client assessments (e.g., VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions)
- Develop individualized, research-based programs for clients
- Monitor and update client programs based on progress
- Lead weekly parent training sessions and provide progress updates
- Supervise interns and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in both center and home settings
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings
- Handle insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests
- Provide training for interns and trainers
- Respond to insurance audits
- Oversee safety management
