Job Overview

We are in search of a qualified professional to fill the role of Clinical Manager at our Virginia Beach facility. This position offers a pathway to professional fulfillment and advancement.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily clinical operations
2. Develop, implement, and assess clinical policies and procedures
3. Manage the recruitment, evaluation, and training of clinical personnel
4. Supervise the daily clinical workflow and provide expertise in problem-solving
5. Ensure adequate stock and proper utilization of clinical supplies
6. Oversee Epic EMR in relation to clinical processes
7. Enhance clinical workflows through standardization, cost efficiency, and improved processes
8. Organize educational meetings, seminars, and training for clinical staff
9. Assess, recommend, and manage clinical equipment needs, acquisitions, and maintenance
10. Maintain updated knowledge of UVA research trials and studies
11. Stay informed about CLIA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements relevant to the office

Requirements:

Required License/Experience/Skills

Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience.

Preferred License/Experience/Skills

Prior management experience is advantageous.
