Position Overview

Compensation: Based on Experience

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 AM-4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly, calibration, and testing of valves utilized in aerospace applications.
  • Set up and operate various assembly tools; proficiently use hand and power tools, as well as testing and measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.
  • Assemble products according to technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of components and final products.
  • Set up and operate testing devices including multimeters, pressure gauges, and flow meters.
  • Perform functional tests on valve products and document results accurately.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems and make necessary adjustments.
  • Identify and record any scrap or product discrepancies.
  • Engage in effective communication with leadership and team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to established procedures.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • 1+ years of experience in aerospace, mechanical, or automotive fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school education preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
