Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and compile incoming and outgoing kits to ensure compliance with specifications and usage.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track product movement using computer systems.
  • Collaborate with distribution, sales, and shipping teams to expedite or trace deliveries.
  • Investigate customer complaints and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Work with internal resources to obtain alternative products or solutions.
  • Deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of relevant work experience, preferably in a warehouse or inventory control environment.
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions required.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds required.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Participation in on-call rotation schedule required.
