About Us

At Orangetheory, we're passionate about helping people live longer, more vibrant lives through fitness. Our science-based, full-body workout uses technology to measure performance, and our highly trained coaches lead members through a 60-minute class that targets at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism.

Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales and Service Associates. As a key member of our studio team, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting our concept to interested consumers, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and energy
  • Present our concept to interested consumers and guide them through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
  • Give studio tours and showcase our facilities
  • Sell memberships and help our studio grow
  • Follow up with prospective clients and ensure a seamless member experience
  • Handle member concerns and resolve issues in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
