Job Description for Service Writer

We are seeking a Service Writer with 3+ years of experience to join our team at Performance Toyota Fairfield. The ideal candidate will have extensive product knowledge and provide personalized assistance to customers.

  • Earn $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 Annually (Experience Based)
  • Hours are Monday - Friday 7 am to 6 pm (Alternating Saturdays)
  • This Position is Full Time
  • Bilingual Is A Plus

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above the district goal
  • Receive customers and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner
  • Communicate with service technicians and customers throughout the process
