The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 200+ staff members in ensuring that the park environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Operations Oversight: Implement and monitor nightly cleaning schedules, ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and maintain accurate records of staff schedules and cleaning logs.
- Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines, conduct regular safety training sessions and drills, and identify, investigate, and resolve safety hazards or incidents promptly.
- High school diploma or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial or custodial services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends as required.
