Asset Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Asset Protection Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As an Asset Protection Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our facilities and ensuring the integrity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and secure environment by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular safety sweeps and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents and report any suspicious activity to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to member inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.00 - $26.00.
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
