Role Overview:
The successful candidate will possess the expertise to administer a variety of respiratory treatments and assist in all related responsibilities within the Department of Respiratory Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital resource across all patient care areas, maintaining frequent interactions with patients, often in critical situations.
  • Engage in emergency response teams, including Code Blue, and contribute to the development of patient care strategies while performing necessary invasive procedures.
  • Administer respiratory medications and manage therapeutic medical gases.
  • Analyze vital signs and physiological activities, taking appropriate actions based on observed pathological changes.
  • Monitor patient equipment and respond to pathopsychological activities effectively.
  • Exercise independent judgment in various tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) License.
  • At least 1 year of hospital experience, preferably in critical care.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred (training available).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
  • Professional, positive, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
