Role Overview:
The successful candidate will possess the expertise to administer a variety of respiratory treatments and assist in all related responsibilities within the Department of Respiratory Therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital resource across all patient care areas, maintaining frequent interactions with patients, often in critical situations.
- Engage in emergency response teams, including Code Blue, and contribute to the development of patient care strategies while performing necessary invasive procedures.
- Administer respiratory medications and manage therapeutic medical gases.
- Analyze vital signs and physiological activities, taking appropriate actions based on observed pathological changes.
- Monitor patient equipment and respond to pathopsychological activities effectively.
- Exercise independent judgment in various tasks.
- Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) License.
- At least 1 year of hospital experience, preferably in critical care.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred (training available).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and goal-driven.
- Professional, positive, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
