About the Position
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to manage our 65-acre farm and two stables, ensuring the health and well-being of our working herd.
  • Transport horses between locations, utilizing your knowledge of equine care and safety protocols.
  • Maintain and manage three barns, including daily operations, facilities care, and small projects, to ensure a clean and safe environment for our horses.
  • Groom horses, clean stalls, and tack and hitch draft horses to carriages, demonstrating your attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • Administer medications and provide light healthcare to our working herd, utilizing your knowledge of equine health and wellness.
Responsibilities
  • Transport horses between locations, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Maintain and manage three barns, including daily operations, facilities care, and small projects.

  • Have open availability weekly (7 days a week, 6am-10pm), with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our working herd.
  • Maintain a polite and professional attitude at all times, demonstrating your commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Have a valid driver's license, with a strong understanding of safe driving practices.
  • Be open to flexible scheduling around a 40-hour work week, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
