Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Home Health Aide to join our team at Companions & Homemakers. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing them with the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Implement customized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
- Provide personal companionship and engage with clients in activities that promote their well-being and happiness.
- Assist with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.
- Document client progress and report any changes in their condition to our team.
