Job Responsibilities
Our team members support clients with all aspects of home and community life, ensuring consistent safety and providing a healthy and professional friendship. They assist with personal hygiene and dressing, scheduling and attending medical and therapeutic appointments, shopping, cooking, and cleaning with the client. They also organize consistent exercise, socialization, and entertainment.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with a high school or equivalent education, with a preferred one year of experience working with disabilities. A driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance are required. Our ideal candidate is at least 18 years of age and can present a letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience.

Our agency is registered with the Connecticut Home and Community Disability Care Services, Medicaid MFP, and ABI Waiver Program. We provide supported living, instructional care, employment, and transitional living services, including brain injury care, independent living skills training, PCA, companion, RA recovery assistants, behavioral health, CNA, and DSP home health aide services.
