We are a leading general practice hospital in Everett, Washington, seeking a dynamic Veterinarian to join our team as a General Practice Lead. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our hospital.

As a General Practice Lead, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to our canine and feline patients. Your expertise will include diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, performing surgeries, and collaborating with our experienced support staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an attractive salary range of $115,000-$130,000 per year, paid month-to-month. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a monthly production bonus based on a percentage rate of 21%-22%. This means you have the opportunity to earn up to or beyond your minimum guaranteed salary.

Our compensation package also includes a signing bonus of $5,000 to $10,000, paid at the start date. We provide relocation assistance of up to $10,000 to help you settle into your new role. Furthermore, we offer a generous tuition assistance bonus of $15,000 to newly graduated veterinarians who commit to a contract by the end of 2024. You will also receive $5,000 towards continuing education (CE) expenses.

Job Description

As a General Practice Lead, you will work closely with our Medical Director, Dr. Susan Calverley, and Hospital Manager, Kelly Hofland, to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and outcomes. You will also contribute to our hospital's growth and development by participating in mentorship programs, site visits, and interviews.
