About the Role

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $80,000 to $180,000 per year, based on experience. The annual salary may also include up to a $45K signing bonus package, as well as opportunities for variable pay programs.

The successful candidate will have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent, and licensure in good standing to practice in Washington state, or the ability to obtain. A commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality medical care to dogs and cats, working collaboratively with other veterinarians and support staff to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, providing empathetic and effective communication to ensure their pets receive the best possible care.
  • Pursue ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
