Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in clinical and administrative tasks that contribute to the effective delivery of patient care within the designated area.
  • Welcome patients, guide them to examination rooms, and perform vital signs and other related clinical duties.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; and, if necessary, receive training in venipuncture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered or nationally certified Medical Assistant.
  • Completion of a medical assistant program from an accredited institution.
  • Potential for cross-training in various clinical specialties such as Obstetrics/Gynecology, Neurology, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine.
