Loan Processor Job Description

Tri Pointe Homes Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in facilitating the mortgage loan process for our homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate with homebuyers, loan consultants, and underwriters to gather and submit necessary documentation
  • Manage loan files and ensure timely submission to underwriting for approval
  • Monitor loan pipelines and meet deadlines to ensure successful loan closings
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a loan processing role
  • MS Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Encompass LOS experience preferred
Core Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
